Who can attend: Everyone is welcome, BMC memebers and non-members

Refreshments: Their is a bar at PYB, where drinks and snacks can be purchased
Join us at Plas Y Brenin in the main lecture room, on Sunday 24 January 2027 from 7pm, for our next informal gathering of North Wales climbers and walkers and get involved in the BMC.
The evening will start promptly at 1930 where we will have a talk from Mike Parsons, CEO of Outdoor Gear Coach, gear designer, writer, former CEO of Karrimor Mountain Marathon. Mike will take you on a nostalgic journey, with stories from The Golden Age of mountaineering and adventure gear innovation, 1950 to 1985.
Come along and listen to these stories before an opportunity to ask Mike questions.
The evening will end with a short update form the local area.
Meetings are run by volunteers and provide an opportunity for you to discuss issues and influence decisions affecting climbers and walkers locally and nationally. All are welcome.
