The crag is located on 'Common Land' with a right to roam. In December 2021 however someone has erected private property etc signs and started to erect a fence. This has been reported to the Parish Council who have confirmed the status of the land and that this action is unlawful. The local BMC rep has also been informed. Whilst these attempt to resolve the situation, you are encouraged to still climb there; go armed with the knowledge that Common Land does permit climbing, be polite but firm in your legal right and I'll keep you posted via the RAD as things change. Regards, Sven.
