Featuring future Olympic heroes and some of the most famous boulderers on the planet, don't miss watching all the action when the invitation-only adidas ROCKSTARS 2019 competition is livestreamed this weekend. Find out more:

Combining live music with the thrilling dynamism of an elite-level climbing competition, the annual Adidas ROCKSTARS invitation-only bouldering battle is not one to miss. This year, three British athletes are heading over to test their mettle against some of the world’s finest. Representing us is crowd-favourite Louis ‘Captain Cutloose’ Parkinson, two-time British Bouldering Champion Nathan Phillips, and two-time Bouldering World Cup Champion and future Olympian Shauna Coxsey.

The Brits will be up against other stars of the international competition circuit, including defending ROCKSTARS Miho Nonaka of Japan and Jernej Kruder from Slovenia, not to mention this year’s Bouldering World Cup Champion and all-round climbing World Champion (having won the Bouldering, Lead and Combined events) Janja Garnbret of Slovenia.

This year, the Ticket to ROCKSTARS events were also held in the UK for the first time. This means that three amateur British hopefuls will join a field of 130 others from around the world to try and win one of the WILDCARD entries into the main event to climb and compete amongst the world’s greats.

Unfortunately the qualification round won’t be streamed live, but if they manage to pull it out of the bag during qualifiers, then we’ll get to see them climb in the semi-finals and then the electrifying SUPERFINAL.
