BMC Women in Adventure Film Screening and Awards 2026
Join us for the very popular film screening where we will be watching the winning films for the very first time and crowning the winners at Kendal Mountain Festival this November.
Come together to celebrate adventurous women on screen and leave ready to try something new. This screening will be the first time we see the shortlisted and winning films entered into the 2026 competition.
We will be talking to the stars and creators of the films, watching their films and crowning the winners.
This event takes place before the popular Women in Adventure Film Workshop later in the day. Get your tickets!

Location: Screen One, Brewery Arts Festival, Kendal Mountain Festival.

BMC Women in Adventure Film Competition: Enter or Watch!
Each year we open up entries to filmmakers who put women in front and behind the camera whilst capturing their adventures. The competition has been running since 2015 and you can find all the short films on our YouTube channel.
