Crag Clean Up at Wintour's Leap and Woodcroft Quarry | 15th March

Woodcroft quarry and Wintour’s Leap are popular climbing destinations and they need some TLC. Please come along and help for a fun day out:

Planned activities include:

• Litter pick on access paths, tracks and parking areas and along the road in the village in Woodcroft quarry

• Scrub clearance along selected climber’s access paths and cliff base.

Key information

• Meet 09:30 for registration and briefing either at Woodcroft quarry entrance (What 3 Words: ///duties.supposing.pumps) or Lancaut Lane parking (What 3 Words ///pokers.zoos.fund)

• All Volunteers will be insured by BMC for the session

• Wear sensible footwear and warm clothes

• If you have them, please bring work gloves, secateurs and pruners

• A few litter pickers and tools available

• Maps and rubbish bags will be provided

• Some refreshments will be available

• Fully supported by BMC and Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust

• Please park sensibly
