Volunteer Runner
Purpose of this role
The runner’s role is to collect scores from the judges to allow the updating of online and in arena scoring systems, to allow people outside the event to monitor the progress of the competitors.
Key tasks and responsibilities of the role
- To collect scores from judges regularly
- Ensure scores are not shared with anyone other than the judges, scorer and competition organiser, unless instructed otherwise
- To be willing to get involved in other task to ensure the smooth running of the event

Minimum to able to commit to a morning or afternoon at a single event.
