How to watch climbing in the Olympics
In a matter of days, 40 climbers from all around the globe will battle it out across three climbing disciplines of speed, lead and bouldering on the world's most watched wall of the year. Four British climbers will be among them representing Great Britain in Sport Climbing at Paris 2024 Olympic games. But how and where can you watch all the action? We have all the answers.
Watching the world's top athletes compete for a gold medal will be sure to get your pulse going, it's going to be awesome and, quite frankly, we can't wait! Whether you are an avid competition climbing fan already, or will be tuning in for the first time, we want to make sure you don't miss all the action. We have all the details you'll need to spectate from your sofa.
When to watch climbing in the Olympics
Climbing at the Olympics begins with the men's Boulder & Lead semi-final on 5 August and finishes with the Women's Boulder & Lead Final on 10 August. That's six days of an adrenaline charged, sweaty-palm spectator experience.

Where to watch climbing in the Olympics
BBC One: TV, Red Button and iPlayer
There will be live television coverage from 27 July on BBC One, BBC Two and BBC iPlayer, providing access to all 32 events at Paris 2024, plus a nightly highlights programme.
The BBC will have one live channel as well as an 'Olympics Extra' live stream on BBC iPlayer featuring all the best action.
A special Olympic schedule is running across the duration of the event on BBC Radio 5 Live and BBC Sounds, with 12 hours of consecutive coverage a day from 10am until 10pm, plus medal winners live throughout 5 Live Breakfast every morning.
Discovery+ and Eurosport: stream every Olympic event live online
Every moment of Paris 2024 will be live only on discovery+, the streaming home of the Olympics. All the action on discovery+ is available for just £3.99 with an Olympics offer. And there will be wall-to-wall linear coverage on Eurosport 1&2, along with seven dedicated Olympic ‘pop-up’ channels.
Shauna Coxsey, Great Britain’s most-decorated sport climber will be providing expert commentary for the Sport Climbing coverage.
