Safeguarding Children is an online workshop designed for for coaches, instructors and leaders working with under 18s to provide them with information about their safeguarding responsibility to under 18s and how to safeguard themselves.
Join us online on Monday 18 August between 18:00 - 21:00
The workshop will look at how to create a safe inclusive and enjoyable environment for all and how to recognise poor practice and abuse, what to do in such situations and how to get help and support.
The learning outcomes are:
- Understand and build on good practice.
- Recognise signs and behaviour that cause concern.
- Identify the actions to take and who can help.
- Reflection and learning – are there areas to improve?
Cost
Course places start from £25 for BMC Members. This training is worth 0.5 CPD points.
