High Rocks belay bolts

Posted by on 19/07/2005

The BMC has recently undertaken more management work at the SE's best crag.

As part of the successful High Rocks Restoration Project, which included scrub bashing and the removal of some trees, The BMC has also now replaced the aging belay bolts on Hut Boulder with 5 pairs of stainless steel resin anchors on the boulder, and one pair on the main cliff. Thanks go to Rob Foster from the Tunbridge Wells Mountaineering Club and Chris Tullis for doing the work.
