Clubs Open Forum
As part of our ongoing commitment in creating new opportunities for members to keep up to date with BMC news and activities we are running a Clubs Open Forum.
These forums present an opportunity to engage in a Q&A session with BMC CEO, Paul Ratcliffe, and a variety of BMC staff and board members.
In an expansion of our engagement opportunities, we have also added a 'club forum', aimed at those who are running club activities, whether on the committee, operating the club hut, organising and leading club meets or social events or any other role within their club. However, even if you don't have that type of role in your club we would still welcome you joining us.
We'll talk about some of the work we've been doing to support clubs and huts and we'll share our future plans with you, but there will be plenty of time to ask your questions

Registering for the Forum
Upon registering you will be asked to enter:
- First name
- Surname
- Email address
- Membership Number
Note: Registration closes at noon on the day of the forum.
Submitting questions
If you wish to submit questions in advance, please email events@thebmc.co.uk. The deadline for submitting questions is 48 hours prior to the forum. We strongly encourage submitting any questions you may have beforehand. This allows us to provide you with the most up-to-date information and helps us adhere to our schedule. Live Q&A will commence once all pre-submitted questions are addressed.

- You will receive a link the join the meeting once the registration closes (on the day of the event).
- To allow us to answer as many as possible, we would ask that you limit your questions to a maximum of three per person.
