Results of the Junior British Lead Climbing Championships, the premier event for Junior Lead Climbers under the age of 20 years old, hosted by the BMC (British Mountaineering Council) and GB Climbing.

The 2023 edition of the event took place on Saturday and Sunday 14-15 October at the Big Depot in Leeds.
