Jane is the Club Development Manager. She leads the work to develop the club network by working with BMC affiliated clubs to support them to grow and develop; supporting new clubs to establish; and works with the BMC Clubs' Committee and the BMC Huts Group. Jane has worked in sports development for 25+ years, and is an active member of her local mountaineering club.
