Strengthen Your Safeguarding Knowledge with the BMC Safeguarding Workshop

The British Mountaineering Council (BMC) is offering an essential online Safeguarding Workshop for coaches and instructors who work with young people in climbing, walking, and mountaineering.

This workshop provides vital training on safeguarding under-18s, ensuring that all participants are equipped to create a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment, while also understanding how to protect themselves as professionals.

Time: 6:00pm – 9:00pm

Delivery: Online, tutor-led

Note: Participants are required to have their cameras on throughout the session to ensure active engagement and participation.

Course details:

Cost: £25 for BMC members

CPD Points: 0.5 CPD points through Mountain Training
