Join us for our next informal gathering of South East climbers and walkers and get involved in the BMC. Area Meetings are run by volunteers and provide an opportunity for you to discuss issues and influence decisions affecting climbers and walkers locally and nationally. All are welcome.
We will be welcoming the BMC's Policy & Campaigns Officer (Wales), Eben Muse.
Join us for the last London & South East Area meeting of 2026. We will be screening ‘We Wild Camp’ a film produced by the BMC to explore recent political events and how wild camping is experienced in different ways by different people. We are delighted that Eben, who produced the film, will also be joining us for a Q&A after the screening. Arrive from 1830 and join us for some nibbles and drinks before the meeting starts.
If you are able to join us in person, you will get the best viewing experience, we appreciate that this isn't possible for everyone and for those unable, you can join us online via zoom.

There is no parking as this is central London, but the Alpine Club is easily accessible via public transport.
