Area Meetings are run by volunteers and provide an opportunity for you to discuss issues and influence decisions affecting climbers and walkers locally and nationally, and to meet like-minded people and enjoy a sociable night out (or 'in' on Zoom). Area Meetings also provide the platform for election to a range of volunteer roles within the BMC.

BMC London and South East Area Meeting

The next BMC London & South East Area Meeting will be held on Thursday 13th Nov 25

The meeting will be in person and online via Zoom. No pre-registration is required. if you can't join us in person then use the link below to join

The meeting will start at 7.00pm

We will be joined by Adrian Mazur who will be talking about: “Chasing Summits: My Journey Across Europe’s Highest Peaks".

Adrian has recently completed the Crown of Europe challenge, reaching the highest point of each of the 46 countries in Europe.  He completed the challenge in 61 days, smashing the previous record which stood at 173 days. Adrian is a professional photographer.

Adrian will give an illustrated talk about his adventure followed by Q&A.

Just click on the Zoom Invite Link when you want to join the meeting. Members who have provided us with an email address (and haven’t unsubscribed from receiving BMC newsletters) will be sent an email containing the Zoom Invite Link, around 10-14 days before the meeting
